friends,
The "Pray" painting was started on stage with musicians
Barlow Girl, Warren Barfield and Rebecca St. James
for the National Day of Prayer Television event. It
was completed a few days later in my home studio.
My hope and prayer is that this painting will inspire
millions of people around the world to join us in
praying for our world. All throughout the scriptures
Jesus was found praying. He often went to pray alone,
he prayed with his twelve disciples and he prayed
with and for the multitudes. The Bible says that "he
sits at the right hand of the Father and intercedes
for us" even now. What an amazing thought: The creator
of the Universe praying for us at this very moment!
