Travis appears on the National Day of Prayer television
special with musicians Rebecca St. James, Warren Barfield,
and Barlow Girl. James and Shirley Dobson of Focus on
the Family wanted to reach out the youth of America
in some "creative" ways, so they hired Travis to perform
a live "art worship" painting that was inspired from
the prayers and songs of the musicians. This was a huge
honor for Travis as millions of people from all over
the United States will be tuning in.

Travis donates his huge "Jazz Nights" painting to the
Charlie Foundation fund raising event in Franklin, TN.
The Charlie Foundation is an organization that helps
abused children. At the Fundraiser Travis meets the
living legend boxer Joe Frasier and gets "Smokin' Joe"
to sign a painting that he created titled "Boxing Gloves".
The event was awesome, they raised a huge amount of
money to help the children and everyone had a great
time.

Travis has the gigantic honor of being interviewed by
acclaimed singer/songwriter Chris Rice. Chris is an
amazing musician and a great friend of Travis'. He has
a very cool online magazine at www.chrisrice.com. Check
out the May issue of his interviews and you'll find
that it's all about life and love and why....and Travis'
art :)
Oh yeah, Travis also gives Chris painting lessons a
few times a month when Chris is home from life on the
road. All these art lessons with Chris have produced
some pretty cool "co-paintings" by Chris and
Travis (what a Nashville thing to do!)
